opt in Email Marketing, and SalesForce.com. By combining these 3 technologies together,

Capture Process
By using the FirstReef Campaign/Email Solution to send out your campaigns and emails,
your Sales Rep can identify activities of important leads and contacts that are
in your SFA system and Marketing can track a campaigns actual results. In addition,
each prospect who downloads any embedded images or clicks on a link in an email
composed by the FirstReef Campaign/Email solution will be automatically tagged by
the FirstReef system. This will allow FirstReef to identify them whenever they visit
your website! We can also integrate your online forms to link new prospects into
our system for future web tracking and notifications.
Interaction Process
With FirstReef Web Analytics, prospects that visit your website are tracked. FirstReef
provides you analytic reports of what these customers are doing on your website,
which pages are most popular, what regions these customers are from, and much more
data that is valuable for web trending. However, this component alone will not tell
you who the customer is, a critical piece of information necessary to link prospects
that are browsing your web site to their identity and the responsible Sales Rep.
