The eMarketing Suite is a powerful email communications tool that drives market
segmentation, targeted messaging, template design and email distribution. This integrated
service makes creating tailored messages for target markets a breeze. It is comprised
of three functional components: Segmentation Builder, Campaign Designer and the
Outlook Connector.
The segmentation builder helps users pull contact records out by demographics, keywords,
or spatial requirements. Users can then send campaigns based on the segmentation
of their database.

Campaigns are the cornerstone of SalesFusion. SalesFusion offers a wizard driven
approach to campaign creation and management. It incorporates a step-by-step methodology
to enable easy and straightforward campaign creation.
Users can create their own template library for re-use of templates. SalesFusion
allows for text and HTML formats, free form content creation and image libraries.
It incorporates a What-you-see-is-what-you-get (WYSIWYG) design tool that can be
used by non-technical marketing personnel as well as provides full HTML capabilities
for programmers.
SalesFusion360 takes care of the encoding to track the user, as well as, enabling
automatic generation of un-subscribes so that companies comply to the CAN-SPAM act.
Users can also create campaigns to go out in the future.

After a campaign has been sent out, customers have complete access to the statistics
of that campaign. This includes the number of recipients, opens, clicks, and
unsubscribes for each campaign.

For the audience that just needs to send one-off emails, SalesFusion has built an
Outlook plug-in. The Outlook connecter allows the user to create an email as they
normally would in Outlook, however, when they send the email they use the “Send
using FirstReef” option. This feature connects to the SalesFusion platform through
a secure socket layer using a web service call.
