Lead Analyzer

Lead Analyzer turns data into actionable information that allows the sales team to spend time working with qualified prospects rather than trying to identify them. It is comprised of these functional components:

Web Activity scoring compiles and analyzes web activity that your contact has done on the web site. You can assign scores to time on a site, web pages hit, surveys, forms, download pages. You can even assign scores to lifetime visits and lifetime page hits.

With the Campaign Scoring module, you can assign individual points for open and click activity at the campaign level. You can also assign points to all campaigns based on the open and click rules.

In addition to assigning score values on web activity and campaign activity, you can also score your contacts based on the CRM data values. For instance, you can assign additional scores to a contact if his or her title is CTO. You can even assign negative scores if the customer has indicated they have no budget this year.

Using SalesFusion's eDialog module, you can assign scores based on the input of a dialog, form, survey, registration, or product selector form.

Customers can pre-determine where to route alerts for prospects that are flagged with low, medium and high interest. As a default, the system ignores low interest, sends medium interest to marketing for follow up campaigns and prospects demonstrating high levels of interest are routed to the sales person or team assigned to the prospect. The routing is real time and automated.

Real-Time alerts are sent to the appropriate sales contact. They can be customized to include the contact's name, email, phone number and other data that is deemed necessary.

 

The lead router also provides the capability of entering a sales opportunity directly into SalesForce.com. This will require a sales rep to accept the opportunity and begin working it through the sales cycle. This provides close loop feed back to marketing on how many opportunities were created from the campaign and their status.


The Lead Score Report allows user to analyzer their entire contact database based on the Data Analyzer and Lead Scorer inputs.  SalesFusion will run an analysis on each contact and compare that contacts web activity to the data analyzer inputs to arrive at a score for that contact.
